The meals were absolutely delicious. They were perfectly seasoned, filling, and satisfying. I was struggling to get my carb intake under 50g/day and these meals got me to that point. No more sugar cravings and no more early morning hunger. My first meal of the day is around 12noon and even then, there's just a mild reminder to eat - no crazy starvation hunger. Later afternoon and evening snacking used to be my downfall, but no more. I thought my Doctor was giving up on me when she kept encouraging me to adapt a Keto lifestyle, but now I realize that my body does functions best on low carbohydrate intake.
