I asked what your suggestion was to resolve the issue and you offered no suggestions. What is your solution to make things right? Yes, I am upset about losing $600 to your company, with no explanation, as anyone would be. I don't have a chip on my shoulder but I do expect to be treated with respect and given an answer to my questions and you have not provided me with that, just a snide response. There’s a lot more that you don’t know about but am not gonna go back and forth with you since you already know everything. You can remain upset and go on your quest but we will stay in business because we actually are trying and doing the right thing. You will however remain with a chip on your shoulder. So happy to make things right with you but removing the chip is up to you. Remember they say you forgive not for the other persons sake but your own.

You temporarily went out of business but did not contact any of your customers that their paid for orders would not be shipped ever, nor did you offer refunds to these people. I know because that happened to me and I lost $600. Also, your website remained operational and was accepting orders you had no intentions of fulfilling for MONTHS AFTER you were no longer fulfilling orders. So, you continued to take money from customers, even though you did not give them their products or refund their money. If I had received one answer from your "company", I would have understood and been patient. If the website was shut down so orders could no longer be placed and more money taken from unsuspecting customers, I would have felt less like the company was attempting to rip people off. This is the first response I have ever received from your operation, again, after dozens of calls and emails. Sadly, you skipped business 101, ignored/disrespected customers, continued to take orders and money with no returns for your customers. That is the definition of a scam. I don't see any possible way you could 'make this right'. Any suggestions? It seems to me like your long, hard fight was simply waiting for enough people to give you money for products they would never receive until you could afford to be back in business.
