08/28/2023: I called Bob this afternoon, hoping for a visit next week. The painter spilled paint on the carpet, a good size spill, last month. Bob surprised me in the best way--arriving late afternoon today! I thought he would just review it and then schedule me for another tine. He was able to remove the entire spot TODAY!! Thrilled to pieces! We used his service a few years ago before we moved into the house. I was so happy I kept his contact information.

08/19/2023: They were on time. Cared about my home. Showed respect. Explained everything in detail. Did a wonderful job. Removed stains and pet odors that other carpet cleaners could not do. My carpet was dry in a few hours.

08/19/2023: Great job! Will use again and recommend. The best in the Lake Geneva area. My family and friends all use them. We all stopped using Artistic and Geneva Lakes. Terrible companies. Nobody can touch the service they offer. Thanks Bob for all of your reliable great service.

05/14/2023: This company goes above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. For the past years with my rental home I have used 3 other carpet cleaners in this area. They all were terrible. Bob was 10 minutes early and ready. He spent time discussing my options and giving me details of his procedures. The Cleaning was like no other. Not even close. I am a huge cheerleader for Lake Geneva Carpet Cleaning! He's worth every dollar.

01/07/2023: They were priced in the middle of others and have great Google reviews. I like that the owner does all of the work and is easy to reach. They removed all of my pet stains and odors along with red wine spots. Knows his business really well. He has also cleaned some of my friends and relatives homes. They are all happy that I referred them. Wonderful job Bob. Thanks!
