"By conducting an in-home assessment, we are able to develop a very specific care plan for each person, which includes placing a personal caregiver in the home who matches the needs, lifestyle, and personality of the client. This relationship is critical, so we carefully work with the client over the first few weeks to make sure that the caregiver is a suitable match. If it doesn't seem to be the right fit, we work personally with the client to find a different caregiver that more comfortably meets their needs and wants. We also have a comprehensive discussion with our clients to make sure they are maximizing all of the financial health care resources available to them. Lares has been exceptional from day one. They have been kind, cooperative, professional, friendly and punctual. The owner, the RN and the home health aides have all made us feel like my Mom is their only priority. They have always been receptive to our needs and requests. They respond in a timely manner. My Mom and Dad are very happy with the care they receive and that means the world to myself and my siblings. I highly recommend Lares.

Lares homecare I must confesss is the best homecare agency I,ved ever worked for. Mr Roy cares about his eomployees as well as his clients.He hires the best care givers, the job interview process was a tough one , but thnk goodness i passed. He once told me that without we the care givers he does not have a company. Apart from the good pay and bonuses when you do a great job, He treats everyone with respect and that's the most important thing I like about him. I plan to stay in this company for long .
