For the last several years we have been pleased with the photos that LeBaron has taken at our children's school. This year however, LeBaron opted for a bright multicolored background with bubbles that looked like outer space. Furthermore, the background that was selected for the middle school was not complimentary to my elementary aged child's picture. Given that the pictures were taken on a green screen it would have been very easy for Scott to make this change. Instead, he tried to say that they would not take pictures outdoors due to "safety" and that 50 moms selected my child's background for my child’s school picture. Scott does not cater to clients and the pictures are EXTREMELY overpriced for a product that does not also have customer service and guaranteed customer satisfaction. Based on Scott’s response to my simple request for a background change, it is clear he has no regard for his customers and really could care less about the quality of product he provides. School pictures should be treasured memories and LeBaron Photography has taken that away from our family this school year.
