Temperature in my house was up to 85 degrees. It was 7:30 pm and I desperately looked for emergency AC service. Luckily I found Legacy owner Chad Briggs and he promised to have someone out to my house by 9:00 pm. True to his word he personally showed up at 8:45pm, quickly diagnosed the problem as being the capacitor. He replaced it and we were back in service by 9:30. Great work by friendly owner. Moving to a Motel at that time of night in New Braunfels would be next to impossible. Thank you Chad.

Every time I call Legacy Services I find their customer service to be superb. They have also done work for our church facility and we have been very pleased. I would recommend them without any hesitation!

I have been doing business with Legacy Services since 2013 and glad that I was introduced to them. They are my preferred business for all AC and Heating Repair and Service at both my business and personal properties. They have excellent service, prompt with schedules, accurate quotes and professional technicians. I'm always happy to refer them to my friends and family. I'm confident they will do a great job for anyone they do business with.

I have dealt with the John Waynes and airtron air, and legacy will not up sell or perform unnecessary work. They will get to the root of the problem and repair quickly to get you back up and running. I manage multiple properties so I do use them several times a month and I would highly recommend them.
