Purchased the JVX160 pool pump less than 5 years ago and I have had issues every since (VERY BAD DECISION). on 3/5/2024 contacted Leslie's to have a service person come out to repair the pump again because it is leaking and had to turn the pump off. The sent out Eric, who looked at the pump and said the seal (part# 40678) needed to be replaced and it was NOT under warranty. He needed to order the part, ok rescheduled for 3/12, got a call from dispatcher stating that Eric was hurt and that they would have to re-schedule another time/day and another technician. Keep in mind, our pool has not been running due to the leak. Finally got a date/time of 3/15 they sent out Ivan who does NOT have any clue what is going on with the pool and says that NOW the pump needs a propeller (part#677742) and we can order it on Amazon and when it is in we can scheduled for someone to install it. My STRONG advise, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER purchase, go to, or request ANYTHING from Leslie's Pool. You get bad equipment, faulty warranty and just plan out BAD service!!!!!

Terrible. We have used them to close our pool for a few years and I’ve never been thrilled with the service, but this year when we went to turn her pool on, it was dead. Was working fine at the close last year. We also realized that we are missing valves. The treatment they were supposed to put in before the closing was not done. It is not been two weeks since we have been calling the 800 number and multiple times have been promised a return call in 24 to 48 hours—zero communication. I’m never using Leslie again and will be recommending to those I know who have pools not to either.

I was very disappointed and shocked with their unprofessional workers. There was like one guy that knows what’s going on. I purchased a heater from them including instillation, they “newer” buy didn’t know what he was doing. He installed wrong gas pipes!!!! Now we have safety issues every time we turn the Heather on the smell of gas is unbelievable!! I tried to contact customer service to speak with a manager or a supervisor they keep telling me they’ll email You with in 24-48 hours and it’s been over a week and no one tries to reach out. Now I’m calling my credit company and disputing all the charges! That’s the inky option I have left. Very disappointed never working with this company again.

I don't know what has happened to Leslie's. Used to be reliable and good customer service. That is not true anymore. The store personnel do not know their products or how to treat a customer. When calling the 800 number it is about the same. Every time I called it was hard to understand the individual due to a heavy accent. It appears that any question asked, you are told what they think you want to hear and most of the time the answer is incorrect. Instead of saying "I don't know, but will find out" they guess and most of the time the guess is incorrect. I am highly disappointed with these people. As far as I am concerned they should give up selling to the general public.

Yesterday I walked into the store in Lake Jackson Texas. The lady working there went WAY out her way to help me. I bought a used hot tub and had no clue what I was doing. Jill, knows her business. You would have thought that she owned the place. Jill was awesome. Tested my water, educated on what I needed and when to use what products. I would have given Jill 10 stars.... Thank you again for helping me. My hot tub is Crystal clear.

Had Leslie's put in a new pool pump and motor, they put in a subpar motor and pump, takes 4 weeks for tech to come out to fix, brock again, Leslie's to hard to contact, no call backs, and just terrible service. I was able to contact three separate pool repair companies and all said the pump and motor sold to me is garbage and they will not service such motors and pumps. I ended up having a totally new system installed because I will not shop at Leslie's pools anymore nor do I want them on my property.

I’ve been waiting for 1 month for someone Leslie’s Pools to contact me on. Pool pump and salt system that was installed by them in June of 2021 used 2 1/2 months. I open my pool this year and both are broken call the Toms River Store in N J and corporate office and nothing . Please DO NOT USE LESLIE POOLS for anything . They do not stand behind there products. They only take the money and run .Very poor Customer Service.
