Very Professional, had my problem resolved quickly, gave me choices and gave me an estimated arrival date of my unit! No bother, no hassle, more companies should be as customer-centric as Life Protect 24/7. Theodore was the perfect Customer Service Agent, friendly, considerate and fast to come up with a solution, very pleasant interaction!

This is Winnie's son Dale. I called your company about my mother ordering a replacement alert FOB after losing a second one I ordered for her March of 2018. Gerald quickly discovered my mother was charged incorrectly because she used a different mailing address to open a NEW account when she already has an existing account. She was charged $339.00 dollars for a yearly subscription and was also getting a monthly charge of $39.00. Gerald was able to obtain a refund of $200.00 for my mom and made sure she was getting the best rate possible as she is on a fixed income. I cannot say enough about the fantastic job Gerald did for my mother. Having customer support personnel like him makes it easy for me to recommend your service to everyone I know that has an elderly parent like myself. Thank you so much for this excellent customer support experience, that I will not forget

The cord for the life protect device has been irritating my mother’s, Judith Wilkinson, neck and she has found it uncomfortable to wear. I called customer support had spoke with Gary and explained my issue. He was very helpful and professional and offered a solution to my mother’s Issue. I found Gary to be an amazing representative of your company!
