No surprises; just like I like it. They did make a diligent effort to warn me that I was buying a machine without a hard drive, an OS, or a video card. In retrospect I wish they had warned me I was buying a motherboard with only a single expansion slot. My bad, not theirs.

My Windows 10 is going in, the support technition, at Microsoft, said to get a new hard drive, then it should be OK! In about a year I will buy a new graphics card and a cpu for the computer you made me, but for the time being I will use the computer Magic Micro made me, with built-in graphics.

If you know about computers, sometimes you put it together, test it and everything is okay. However, it can happen that when you started using it the parts you selected are not compatible for one reason or other when running programs. No worries, I explain the problem to Magic Micro and was told that as soon as they verified that I shipped it back (tracking label), they would build a new one and ship it. They were true to their word and once I shipped it, another one arrived a few days later. I was not charged for shipping and the motherboard was changed to obtain compatibility with the rest of the machine and Window 10 Pro. My computer runs great, never crashes and I am totally satisfied with the computer. I rate them five stars.

Customer service was always available for reference. The custom PC I ordered did not work upon arrival, and Magic Micro promptly covered return shipping cost, repair fees, and a week later I had my PC, brand new and working great.
