Would have given them a 5 star but in their process of putting the computer together they installed the correct amount of memory 32GB, but when I went to check on windows 10 device manager it showed only 16GB was installed, the ram stick was installed in the incorrect position for windows to reconize a full 32GB.

I buy every PC through Magic Micro; thank you again Elena. The value is top-notch. By purchasing the computer through an integrator rather than purchasing parts on my own and assembling it myself, I get review by a configuration professional who catches the little things like having the right types of outputs on the power supply for the type of video card I'm getting, and ensuring good thermal management (without going overboard). The value of that service is far greater than the small price difference I have to pay to have Magic Micro's service. I am not pleased with the performance of the wireless card on the last computer I bought from Magic Micro, but that's a matter of a particular Win10 release after the computer was operating well for a month, and does not reflect on Magic Micro at all. I do wish they had asked where the computer would be relative to the router; they could have offered me an ethernet switch/splitter instead of the wireless card I requested. So I pay a little "stupid tax" for not communicating with them. Again, doesn't reflect on them at all. In the distant past I had a motherboard on warranty with Magic Micro fail. Submitting the return/replace order was easy and their turnaround time was acceptable. I have now bought 5 computers through Magic Micro, and I will use them again when I need another computer.

I purchased 2 custom home desktop computers from Magic Micro. All the details and payment were handled via Internet & telephone. In both cases I received excellent attention to all my needs and requirements, and at an affordable & competitive price. Free long-term technical support was also included. I ran both these computers for years and years and literally wore them out! I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Magic Micro for custom computers.
