Laptop computer which I bought from Magic Micro Computers was, to the best of my understanding, 100% fairly and accurately described. It was shipped promptly, well packed and in the condition described. All accessories which were promised or implied to be sent with this purchase were included. Obviously I felt the price was justified or I would not have made the purchase. I don't see how their performance could have been improved in this sale. Well done.

Had issues with computer not being the one advertised on ebay with backlit keyboard. Also discovered issue with memory chip causing the laptop to constantly crash and show blue screens of death.they made right by me by providing a discount for the backlit keyboard. I did not make them aware of the memory card issue, but I did seek out and replace the memory after extensive testing which revealed the issue with the memory card, and since then the laptop has been working perfectly and it is super super fast. all in all their customer service was great, they were willing to work with me on the issue about the backlit keyboard and made the process simple. I would recommend them because of the customer care that I received.

Small problem due to shipping jostling, but Ed quickly tested and fixed issue, all while we waited! GREAT SERVICE, ED! Definitely will be getting our next PC from Magic Micro!

I’ve bought three computers from MM over the years. All three were delivered as promised and performed admirably! Two are still used regularly, and the third (the oldest) still works fine but is older so doesn’t run as quickly anymore. Excellent company that provides excellent hardware and results!

I have purchased two bare bones from Magic and love them both. Great customer service and fairly fast shipping considering you are customizing your build. Everything has been flawless and is working great. Love the speed of this new machine. A+ to do business with. Will buy my next one from them also, in another 8 years or so.
