Was called for appointment quickly after CPAP determination was made, appointment took about 30 minutes. Left with equipment and full understanding of how to work it and what my responsibilities were payment-wise for the machine.

Wonderful service with very knowledgeable people

Eric did a great job explaining how to use the CPAP machine. My husband sat in on our session, and he has been very helpful with figuring out all the details of actually using it. I have worn it for a week now, and am not sleeping great, but hoping things will get better as I get used to it.

I drove 30 minutes to arrive when Major Medical was suppose to open. When I arrived there was a note on the door that they wouldn't be open til 9:00 instead of 8:30. I had to wait for 30 minutes when I already a tight schedule. I was buying replacement equipment for my father.
