Value I have a problem judging, since the costs are handled by insurance. My experience is only two months' worth, so I'm reluctant to go all out for a perfect score at this time.

My CPAP counselor was great, very experienced and very informative. He quickly changed out the CPAP from one he had mistakenly been told to supply to the one I asked for at my pulmonologist's office, and was told I would have. He explained everything about the machine and the mask, and made sure I understood my options.

While I was about to forget that my 30-day window was about to expire for possibly getting a different mask, they called ME to remind me & even said they DETECTED leaking, so to me, that is EXCELLENT service! I really, really appreciate the service providers who remind me of things. Sleep apnea can certainly effect memory, so this is huge for me!
