Initial visit with Sheila Siemann at the Longmont office on 3/11/19 was a wonderful experience getting set up with my machine and a second visit with Malyssa Toves at the Loveland office on 3/26/19 was so helpful and caring in exploring some additional options for a mask. So far, a 5 star experience!!

I just had yet another overwhelmingly positive experience with Major Medical! My Oxygen Concentrator required routine maintenance (HEPA filter, etc). Their service tech was great! Answered all of my questions and took care of everything. I simply could not be more pleased. I get my supplies, maintenance and equipment with them. I can't praise them highly enough. They are a blessing!

I am not always sure what is happening or going to happen next. I am pretty informed but not sure as far as the billing goes. I don't always know what something is going to cost or what something did cost or if insurance pays or what each bill is for exactly.
