I appreciated that Matt took the time to understand what our organization was about so he could then transfer this to accurately reflect who we are on the website. Matt helped me navigate the technical side of developing our social media from ground zero. He put in the time to help educate me on how to get things done. He was always professional, pleasant, and a great partner to work with.
