Mass Ave Family Dentistry

Im not putting my real name because I don’t trust this office. This office is extremely shady, they don’t care about their patients. Being a full time student during corona virus was hard for me, the office only cares about money. The person in charge of billing fought with me over my bill, was asking me personal questions about my life and hung up on me. Instead of helping she just wanted to fight over the phone while I was staying completely calm. I asked if I could speak to the dentist and she wouldn’t let me, she even told my personal information over the phone to someone else who called for me and didn’t even ask who the person was to make sure she was authorized to be spoken to about my information. This was the craziest experience Iv ever had at a dentist office. I should have known how weird this place is when they told my my boyfriend is cute.
