Ronen was exceptional. He responded late on Monday afternoon to my call about our overhead garage door for our warehouse coming off track and not opening properly. He helped me set my appointment up over the phone for the following morning and listened to me describe the problem as best I could. The following day Ronen came to our warehouse, giving me a call ahead to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem with our door and went to get his tools. Within minutes Ronen had the door working correctly again. He even did a few small adjustments so that the door closed more tightly, giving it a better seal on the ground. Everything about the way he approached our problems was great. Ronen was quick to answer his phone, helped me with the steps needed to set up an appointment, and was an expert when it came to the service needing to be done to the door. I would HIGHLY recommend his company to anyone in the area who needs help with garage doors. He even mentioned he is an authorized tech for the dock doors I have in the warehouse, and will now be my go-to person for any and all door issues going forward. Amazing job, competitive rates, service completed fast, and with a smile. Thanks Ronen!

I used Mass Garage Doors Expert when I was having trouble with my garage door. Ronen showed up an hour early so I wasn't at the house to meet him, but he was almost done when I arrived 20 minutes later! He explained what was wrong (broken springs) and what had caused them (cables were installed too tightly). While there, he also replaced a lightbulb in the controller, and showed me how I know if the springs needed to be replaced. When I asked about a new keypad, he said I probably only needed to replace the battery, but if I wanted, he can also install a new keypad. He swapped out the battery and sure enough, the buttons were more responsive. It was easy to book him and pay him, no unexpected charges, and no upsells. I'm super happy with his service!

Ronen is an awesome garage door expert. He is very professional and describes even the most technical term in easy to understand language. I have a very old garage door and the cables got tangled and he was the only one that came jumped into action and fixed the issue. I recommend him for any garage door needs. Thank you.

This was my second experience, dealing with Ma. Garage Doors. Ronen, is a very experienced knowledgeable professional service gentleman. He helped me diagnose my problem over the phone, gave me a quote, and remained true to it even though it did take longer for him to fix, because of an unforseen situation. Ronen did an excellent job assessing an old, broken garage door opener; suggesting options for replacement with a recommendation. He did a thorough job removing the old garage door opener, and installing the new one in a timely, efficient manner for a very fair price. Mass Garage Doors Expert (owned by Ronen Sisso) did an excellent job installing my new Wayne-Dalton garage door. You can be assured that Ronen will do the work himself- he's not just a salesman. He gave us an overview of all our options in door types and styles, and garage door openers- and gave us advice based on his experience. The installation was done beautifully. All the old hardware, rails, and door was cleaned up and taken away- right down to the last bolt and screw. When an electrician was unexpectedly needed, Ronen had an electrician to call on and he arrived in a timely manner and was able to remedy the situation, so all of the work could be completed in one afternoon. Before leaving Ronen demonstrated the openers, explained the safety features and instructed us on using the door manually if the need ever arises. I would not hesitate to recommend Mass Garage Doors Expert!
