I came in for low back pain. I didn't realize how jacked up I actually am. There were so many other areas I was super tight in that she worked on. I felt amazing after my massage and not only is my low back better but I slept fantastic for the 1st time in a long time.

I just got an amazing massage from Misty. She definitely knows what she is doing. She really worked out all my knots in my back, it feels awesome. I would highly recommend her !

Every time I visit, I am pleased. Both the Surprise and the Peoria locations are incredible. I’ve had a lot of massages in the past and massage at mountainside surpasses them all from expertise to technique to customer service and prices. I have had massages Tracy, Kayla and Misty and all three of these ladies are always consistent and amazing every time! Highly recommend!

Kayla was great. Listened when I wanted more and less pressure. Very enjoyable 90 minutes.

Ive had appointments with both Tracy and Kayla. They are both amazing! I like a deep massage working out the many knots I have in my neck and back. They find everyone of them. Both are professional the room is nice and the gym is really nice as well. I enjoy being able to take a hot sauna before and the hot towels :-)

I had a Gua Sha treatment which I have not had before. I have a chronic wrist issue and massage helps but not for long. The Gua Sha treatment did the best job I've ever had to relieve the pain and stiffness in my wrist. I highly recommend it and Massage at Mountainside. Tracy is truly a wonderful Therapist. Her attention to the treatment of the client is so appreciated.
