Have utilized their services for several years. Granted 2020 was a unusual year, and 2021 is probably a challenge as well. I accept this as a reason for poor timeliness. Many manufacturers are having similar issues. I've, however, encountered numerous problems with their much touted "We are America's #1 Bumper to Bumper Service, Collision & Renovation Center". 1) I was surprised one day, last year, that the water holding tank dumped it's contents into the storage bays. This was due to the drain line being moved during a modification. Unfortunately, they forgot to apply plastic pipe adhesive to one of the ball valve connections. 2) This year they adjusted the ride height of our RV. The linkage for the Height Control valve was adjusted to accomplish this. In a trip to Iowa, from SW Michigan, the nut for the rear height Control linkage came out, resulting in no suspension in the rear. Later, after finally getting back on the road, the left front did the same. All before getting to our destination. Who with any technical ability, installs just a nut without any sort of retention? Be it double nutting, a lock washer, using a nyloc, or at least some thread lock. 3) the front valance was repaired by the body shop. One of the front brackets we never attacked to the valance. A warning to the wise, have someone double check any work performed by this outfit. Or risk complications when on the road. I for one, am looking for a more reliable shop.
