Heather assisted me in ordering fans that I had seen online from a brand that you all carry in the store. The shipping took an unusually long time (coming from another country) and Heather kept me updated on the expected shipping dates as she heard from the distributor. When one of the fans had some electrical troubles she went above and beyond what was expected through the warranty because of the delay in shipping (which was no fault of Masterpiece Lighting). The person who serviced the fan was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with my experience as a customer at Masterpiece Lighting and recommend them to everyone!!

I ordered a few Casablanca fans and they look amazing installed. Really beautiful and look exactly as pictured. Dana shipped them to me in Colorado because I found them on his website and I had them within a few days of ordering. A local person installed for me for $75 for all three rooms and also installed the controls to the wall and the remote is a very convenient added touch since my daughter likes to control her fan / light from her bed. They look sleek and the customer service was amazing. Thanks Masterpiece!
