Have made no less than our attempts to have an appointment with Candi Nobles-James since 2020. They called a week before my appointment in mid 2020 to reschedule to November of 2020. I showed up for the appointment in November and they had NO record of it in their system.
I rescheduled that appointment until February of 2021. This appointment was canceled. At tis time I accepted an appointment with Dr. Koshe (unsure of spelling) as I had been a year without an endocrinologist appointment. Mind you, I STILL had an appointment on the books with Nobles-James. Nobles-James then canceled my appointment with her providing 'I had just seen a doctor and there was nothing for her to do'. Rescheduled to 18 July 2022. I informed the Nurse/scheduler that this was my last attempt to schedule with Nobles-James.
On 06 July 2022, Asia-La (unsure of spelling) called to cancel my 18 July appointment and reschedule. I relived my entire experience with her and told her that, as this was their last chance to make te appointment happen that I had been trying to have for a couple of years, they could just remove me from their calendar. She apologized and said she would forward my records to the Jones Center. I asked her to hold them and I would have my new doctor request rom them.
All that to say, terrible customer service and terrible wait time to see the doctor you request. Two years is too damn long to wait to see a doctor.
