Mike Rickett is a nationally recognized health and fitness trainer of the trainers, fitness motivator, author, certifier, and educator. He received his Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from Colorado State University, is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Special Populations Specialist (CSPS) as well as a Recognized Certified Personal Trainer Emeritus (RCTP*E). In addition, Mike is the 2017 NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year. He has been a personal trainer in the Northern Colorado area for more than 35 years.
