Dr. Scott Gulinson founded the Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center in Glendale, Arizona in 2008. He is a fully trained and Board Certified Women’s Healthcare expert in and has been in practice since 1999 in the Valley of the Sun. He trained in prestigious University settings in the Denver, Colorado and San Antonio Texas Health Sciences Centers and has earned an outstanding reputation for excellence in Womens Healthcare. Having listened to the concerns and desires of women in his practice for over 11 years and continuing through this day, Dr. Gulinson has become especially attuned to their condition and is able to offer his patients knowledge, choices and alternatives in their medical and cosmetic healthcare. In 2005, Dr Gulinson expanded to incorporate aesthetic surgical procedures and has received extensive training in these including liposculpting from some of the world’s most renowned and most experienced cosmetic surgeons.
