I went with friends for my birthday and it was really fun. I don't remember the guys name that was there, that night be he was wonderful. He was very kind, he took the time to talk to us and help us out with. Can't wait to go back!!

We enjoyed our experience for the most part - however, one of the locks was broken. Every person in our group tried the lock with the correct code repeatedly, to no avail. We spent about 7 to 10 minutes on this one stage. It was then discovered the lock was malfunctioning. While we were evidentially given the information contained with in the lock by the staff; there was no accommodation made for the time we lost due to the malfunction. As a result of the lost time, we did not win our adventure. Had there been a time accommodation we would have won our adventure. As it was, we were within moments of completing our task. I understand that things happen, batteries fail and locks get stuck - however, those monitoring our adventure did not intervene in a timely fashion.

The young man who was working, I believe Colby/Cody (He was a younger man, 17 I believe) was his name, was terrific! He made our boys (4 - 16 year olds) and us as the parents really comfortable. He was VERY polite and generous. He gave the boys great boosts in confidence and, even tho they didn't "beat" the clock, he made them feel like they did wonderful! He was an overall great asset to your company! Because of him, we will return to try the other rooms as well!

Experienced the Museum Heist room for my son's 13th birthday. (4) 13 year olds and 3 adults. We all had a great time. Great interaction with our room guide! We will definitely be back
