My experience with Mint Denistry is not a favorable one. I wanted to give my grandson the gift of teeth whitening for Christmas so I made an appointment to take him right before Christmas and I told them what I wanted before making the appointment and when I got there after filling out all the paperwork and giving them insurance information they tell me they can't do it because he was not 16 yet, well we made another appointment for today because his Birthday is tomorrow and they said they could do it today along with a dental checkup and cleaning, well he was so excited this was to be one of his Birthday gifts from his grandparents. Mind you I filled out all the paperwork at the first appointment, but they needed more. I gave them the rest of the information plus they got information from my daughter. My second time taking off from work and getting my grandson out of school. They come to me after all of that and say they can do everything but the teeth whitening because he is not sixteen yet. Well it was their idea for me to bring him back on the 28th the day before his sixteenth birthday and they specifically told me they could do it because they would not be opened on the 29th. My grandson was so disappointed because he was looking forward to having his teeth whitened for his birthday. Then they have nerve enough to tell me to bring him back on his birthday. when they told me at the first appointment they would be closed on the 29th. I was willing to try them because of the commercial on the radio. But they have no word and no compassion, didn't even apologize for their lie. But I tell you they better not charge the insurance one thin dime because they never even saw my grandson, My husband always says if you don't have a word , you have nothing. We have been in business for 36 years and we never tell our clients that we can do something if we can't. There's is an old saying. your word is you bond. Mint Denistry has no word and no bond. Stop lying to your clients, that's what kills Black Owned Businesses
