They take your money (deposit of over $5000) and keep giving excuses as to why the doors don't come but finally they don't respond to any communication. They completely lack integrity and should be prosecuted for their negligence.

If I could give them less then one star I would, They are awful took over 6 moths to ship my doors. I have still not got the handles or locks that I oredered for the doors. They do not return e-mails or phone calls. do not get scammed by this company. They are full of excuses and there customer service is the worse I have evere delt with!!

Quoted me a price then when I went to buy it was higher. Not really a big deal but when you tell me 8-12 weeks max and it has been 12 weeks and still no door and was told by the builder they said about another month that is unacceptable. My house being built is now a month behind because of it and I can't even get them on the phone. Scam company don't buy from them. They will take your money and not deliver the product.

Stephanie Kephart was a delight to work with. She always responded to my phone calls and emails immediately. She was very helpful in my decision making, describing in detail my choices, and offering suggestions. I was unsure at first whether to order something so expensive without seeing the product first hand, but my instincts proved correct. We are very happy with the doors. Everything came as described, including the delivery. The only thing that didn't arrive in good condition were the touch-up cans, which leaked a lot and were a mess. Stephanie is working on having them replaced (I sent her photos of the cans). So, overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend Monarch to everyone.

After months of research, we found that Monarch was the most reasonable. We worked with Paul in designing/ordering a front door and he was very professional and helpful. The door was received ahead of schedule and is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is exceptional. Everyone is so impressed with the door and we've already highly recommended Monarch to several friends. We can't wait to design and order a back door.
