STAY AWAY from this company - My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles exclusively to Monro for annual inspections, tires and regular maintenance work since moving to Hooksett in Dec 2008. 10/31/2019 - we brought in our Silverado for Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch light display and warning - Monro replaced the sensor HOWEVER they FAILED to replace or install the screen filter under the sensor which caused the sensor to fail again in December of 2021, while the issue was being diagnosed by our new mechanic, it was found that this shop FAILED to use the appropriate amount of oil (was low several quarts of oil) when we last had an oil change done by Monro (a mere 5 weeks prior) there were NO oil leaks and NO oil spray in the engine compartment which can ONLY mean they never used the correct amount of oil - both the missing filter and low oil caused the sensor to fail. Forget calling corporate, they also don't care and outright lied to the BBB stating we were contacted to discuss the issue - this NEVER happened - If they can lie about something so trivial as contacting a customer about a safety issue/customer satisfaction issue, how well do you think they will stand behind any other promises?
