Dissatisfied with my current eye physician of 19 years, made an appointment with these guys. Signed in with a neutral experience and then was called back by a very nice assistant who did the first part of exam, then the doctor came in, he did not introduce himself and did a short/quick exam and questioned my strength in my contacts, but said he would order some samples for me to try and that was it, to check out. Now I have been going every year for an eye exam and had to pay $25 for the refractive test because Blue Cross and VSP does not cover it. I was told my bill was $120.00-- I questioned this and got a lecture from a young female who was rude and talked down to me. She even told me that if I did not pay it Blue Cross would bill me. We a know BC doesn't bill there insured. BC only pays what the are responsible for(they are on the BC/BS lisit of providers). At this point I was getting mad, I have been covered by Blue Cross for 26 years and am not stupid, Matter of fact have BS degree from an accredited 4 yr college with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Management. Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed with my first and only visit to this place. I am going to let BC/BS know that they are not active like a provider in network.
