Mountain Sky: Posted all over social media about my pool and waterfall project, though it was never completed, any and all work which was performed had to be removed because it was a safety hazard. A few of the crimes I believe they committed are: Check Fraud, Wire Fraud, embezzlement... and I am hoping they moved the funds across state lines and national borders to their mom's boat charter business so that additional crimes can be reviewed by the state/feds. Shiloh Churchill, Peter Churchill, Luca Churchill are total fraudsters. Do not use them or any business which is later opened by them (Gold Standard Outdoor Living LLC, Longhorn Landscaping). Shiloh used money from Mountain Sky to purchase and invest in The One Percent Software Company (instead of using the money to build the pools Mountain Sky was contracted to build).
Mountain Sky Landscaping (also Golden Standard Outdoor Living) took 200k from us for a job and failed to complete it. Shiloh and Luca Churchill are 18 year old scammers who dug a hole in our yard and then abandoned our pool project. They are lying crooks who should be in jail.
Unfinished 100k+ project. Refuses to finish project and filing chapter 11 bankruptcy. Recuses communication and just refers to lawyers. Subject of news investigation.
CROOKS! Do not use this business. Shiloh took a $12K deposit from us and when we agreed the project wasn't going to work out and that we would be refunded the full amount, he sent us two checks for the deposit that bounced. He then claimed he sent a wire transfer that he has for 17 days given us the run around on, claims it is coming "today" and overall is just jerking us around. He has stopped responding to requests to get a cashier's check from him. This guy is a crook. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
I would trust this company with any landscaping job and would recommend to all of my family and friends! Luca and Shiloh are great to work with. You won't go wrong if you choose Mountain Sky Landscaping! You guys rock!
