Wrong brace after a personal meeting with designer. My dog is still in great pain and his brace was a week late from the promised date. Really disappointed.

My dog has Patella Luxation which according to their website, the brace will help. It absolutely made it worse. Without the brace my dog limps on his left leg, with the brace on he will not put any weight on it what so ever. I emailed Darylanne about it making his leg worse, she requested pictures. I sent pictures the same day and never got a response back. Waited a few days and then just requested a refund. Again, never heard back. HORRIBLE customer service. I was hoping this brace would help put off surgery for our 3 year old Akita but as I said, it made it worse. Instead, I flushed $350 down the drain. I would save yourself some money and don't buy a Muttknee Brace.
