I prefer to go to MVD Express over State DMV because I am only there for minutes instead of hours. The people are more courteous and just as knowledgeable. More pleasant an experience. The cost for their services? Time is money, and I don't like wasting my time (money) sitting in a government office with tired employees when I can get in and out in a fraction of the time.

It was a very pleasant experience that I had at the one I went to which was like on Montgomery and Eubanks the staff there was very professional very courteous my name is kind of got lost in the shuffle couple of people went ahead of me but other than that it's been since all good I would recommend this place
