So superior to the MVD that it makes no sense NOT to go to MVD Express. Perhaps the best thing is the way people are treated. At the MVD people are treated like numbers. There is little, if any, personal interaction, patience or attention to service. MVD Express people treat you like they should - as a customer of their business. They actually take a personal interest in helping you through whatever process you came in for.

I have been using this facility for my driver's license renewals since shortly after it was opened at this location for business. Recently, I received my REAL ID drivers license at this facility. The clerks who handled my requests were always polite, patient. capable and very proficient. That is why I am a returning customer.
