My husband was very ill when we came in to renew his license in October of this year. The staff was extremely kind and compassionate towards him. He got his license renewed and passed away in mid-October. He needed the renewal for the REAL ID. Thanks to this fine staff.

I arrived at a time when the computers were slow and more often than not, not accepting payments. The employees couldn't have been nicer about the situation, and fortunately I had cash with me. The thing I appreciate most of all, however, is the attitudes of all the employees toward the people they are serving: kind, friendly, patient, and not ruffled by the adverse situation. So refreshing under stressful circumstances. So professional.
