Pleasant, efficient staff. Saw me in a very timely manner, on their first day reopening after being closed several weeks due to the pandemic! Very smooth process, and I received my real ID driver's license from the State of NM in Santa Fe within two weeks, as promised.

My payment for my registration was not initially applied due to error, and after I noticed I had not received my registration in the mail, I called the MVD and spoke with Melanie Romero. She quickly resolved the error and I received my vehicle registration in the mail shortly thereafter. She was courteous, friendly and very customer focused.

I had to wait a whole lot longer than I'd have liked, but given time time of day I went there and the fact that I was unaware that one could make an appointment, I'm not about to ding your overall rating for that.

Nice job
