I had an appointment to replace an I D this past Friday. I have been going there since relocating from Texas. I was satisfied with their service; however this last time, I was extremely disappointed. It was a very windy day; I walked in, & and a heavy set woman with a blunt haircut, and highlights yelled at me to WAIT OUTSIDE! When finally I was called in by a young man... My hair was a mess! I asked to be permitted to enter the ladies room to comb my, and was denied excess,; no explanation. This woman's rudeness was uncalled for! The proper way to have handled things would have been... I'm sorry Mam... We can only allow one person at a time, please leave your phone number, wait in your car, and we will call you informing you to come in. Rude people like her do not deserve to be employed where they interect with humans. Does she realize that if she has a job is thanks to people like I that needs services from MVD?
