The most important aspect of a service provider to a homeowner is communication -- being clear about what's expected of each party and when. In this regard, Elite is second-to-none! Are there cheaper lawn/snow services out there? Sure there are. However, I'm willing to pay a small amount more for the communication and service received. Keep up the great work!
