Very Pleased with customer service. The helmet we ordered was not in stock so they sent one close to the helmet color. Was very nice for our daughter to have something to open for Christmas. She loved it but still wanted the other color. The return was quick and painless. We did not lose out on any money from the process! Kudos to Hooves and Paws Store! You rock!!!
