05/27/2022: Went in for a bouquet for my mother in laws birthday, her favorite flower is carnations. I didn’t see anything already made with carnations and her favorite color. The gal behind the counter said the manager could do a custom arrangement, but it would take 10 minutes. I gladly said yes please. The bouquet was so beautiful and totally worth the wait. Great customer service, beautiful flowers, will recommend this business to all my friends and family. Already can’t wait for another reason to stop by for more flowers.

09/08/2020: The arrangement was very pretty and in a nice clear glass vase. My selection was based on a photo. It looked very similar, except it was chosen because of the inclusion of sunflowers. Those in the arrangement were very small. Not the same impact as shown in the photo.

03/13/2020 Verified: Nancy's Floral was recommended to me by family that lives in Portland and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. Although I did everything via the website, I was kept informed of the status of the bouquet being made, the delivery date and time, and then the actual delivery! The recipient was thrilled with the design and quality!! Excellent customer service!!!
