Ordered spoke tighteners. They arrived very quickly, and used them as soon as they arrived. I was going to use a small adjustable wrench, but changed my my mind and ordered the spoke wrenches. I'm glad I did. They worked great! If you want the job done right use the right tools, as they say.

My experience with Niagara Cycle has been positive in most ways. I had no trouble returning an incorrect chain wheel. The website contains many parts to keep older, entry level bikes rolling, as well as the newest products. Compared to other bicycle e-trailers, the prices are competitive, in the same range. Shipping to Ohio only takes 3 days via UPS Ground, once the order is picked at the warehouse. I realize there are conditions beyond your control, mostly due to changing standards in the bicycle industry. Several tried and true products over the years no longer seem to be available. Kalloy seatposts, for example. Many products on your website are listed as out of stock, and it's not clear if they will return. So, overall, I am satisfied with your company, and will continue to shop here. My wishlist has several items I will be purchasing soon.
