Put me on medications. Passed out at work. Emt called. BP was 90/40. Switch M.D.
Non NE ordered carotid ultrasound. Took my new MD Paperwork to a NE facility. A year later. I asked MD. how was results. He never got it. Dumb NE sent results to old doctor. They lost my medical power paperwork and living will. I have found at least 10 mistakes in medical record. Cardiologist gave me paperwork for abdominal ultrasound. Was being sent to advance Radiology. But they faxed to Dr Russo. Another NE physician. Stay far away from anything YALE
