Phil and Josh were absolutely great to work with and I highly recommend them! This was an awful day for the YMCA and they came in and made me feel so comfortable. They made me feel like everything was going to be okay. We had a long journey ahead and one that I had never dealt with. They walked me through every detail and also answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions! They were great to work with and for a day that was supposed to be awful, was a little easier. Thank you, Stephanie

I was contacted by Northstar on a Monday morning asking if I would like my carpets cleaned earlier that my scheduled date 3 days later. I said yea and a time was set up. At that time, no one showed up. I called Northdtar 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Apparently the change in schedule was not communicated to the employee who was to so p the job. I was grateful he still could clean my carpets
