Lindsey and Dave worked at my property today. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the basement that was flooded with water they were friendly and worked very hard to get everything cleaned up and organized. Great job well done!! I highly recommend Norstar restoration.

I had a water main break which wrecked my finished basement, shortly after I had another water disaster that ruined my bedroom. Northstar was right on top of it. Great communication, friendly staff, they were so fast with the clean up and the restoration, patient with my insurance company, and finally...the quality. I mean, it looks amazing. I like it better now then before! Going forward, I will use this company for all future needs. I was also pleasantly surprised at the wide array of services..it was convenient having them do the mitigation & then the restoration, but I was thankful to learn they took care of my damaged furniture as well. The whole process was easy, which I appreciated, since the situation itself was incredibly stressful. Special thank you to Mr. John Garcia who walked me through every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Have an older area rug that needed to be cleaned before a move. Staff was friendly and helpful with all phases. Couldn't have done as good a job at home myself for the same money.

We had water damage from a water heater filling in our office. They were there right away in the morning for demolition and sanitize. The remodel started right away. And looks great. Thank you to Josh, John, Ken, Raven, Paige, Luigi, Lili, and Chris. I also would like to give a shout out for Tim, who cleaned the tile floor and looks great.

I had a large carpeted area that needed to be cleaned. Many spots, had not ever been professionally cleaned. Kris had it clean in no time!

I was very happy with Northstar from initial contact to completion of the job! Kris did excellent work. He was on time, explained everything he would be doing and my carpets look new again. All spots came out and Kris even said he would come back to fix any spots that came back! Excellent, super friendly and reasonable service. Would highly recommend if you need some carpets cleaned.
