I highly recommend NW K9 Bed Bug Detectives & Pest Control for their all-around great customer service. I received a timely response to my call and they were able to fit me into their schedule as soon as possible. Prior to the inspection they answered all my questions and sent helpful reference information. Their website is also full of good insight. The inspection itself was extremely thorough--beyond my expectations. Attention to detail, understanding, and reassurance is all part of the package from this wonderful company. NWK9 was with me every step of the way and I know I can call them for any follow-up questions.

From the first interaction to the last, every person I interacted with at NWK9 was absolutely superb. They all answered any question I asked, via multiple mediums. I was always given a heads up on arrivals, and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done, was being done, and was done. I hope you don't need NWK9's services, but if you do, they are the ones to use.

NW K9 really know what they are doing. They responded quickly and expertly to my dilemma. Everyone I encountered was professional, thoughtful, and patient. Two different sets of friends recommended them to me and I can understand why. If I ever need their services again, I won't hesitate to call.

Susan and Darcy were absolutely amazing. They worked hard to fit me in the schedule as soon as possible and went above and beyond to rid my home of these pests. Very glad I chose Nw K9. With treatment complete, I can finally sleep with a sound mind.

Susan and her team were incredibly responsive, professional and thorough throughout the entire process of diagnosing and treating our bedbug problem. The bonus of having their trained dogs inspect our house gave us added peace of mind at a very stressful time and when we were at home more than ever. I did not shop around because I immediately felt that Susan cares more about her customers than making a fast buck. iShe and her team took the time to educate us about bedbugs and the best and most cost effective way to eliminate them. We were also told how to prevent this from happening again. It is not cheap to eliminate bedbugs professionally but there is no way we would have risked tackling this ourselves knowing how hard they are to get rid of. Do yourself a favor and call Susan. She will take care of you and talk you off the ledge when you need it most.

I had no prior experience with Bed Bugs. My renters called and said they had found one and had been bitten. Susan at NW K9 was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. My renters are very happy and we are now bed bug free. I would highly recommend NW K9 Bug detectives!

NW K9 is beyond amazing! They are professional, patient, courteous, and manage freaked out clients (like us) w/remarkable grace. They respond nearly immediately to any questions and provide detailed information about bed bugs AND what exactly happens to get rid of them. Exactly. From the first encounter w/ Susan on the phone, to the 'paws up' from Pistol (the beagle, and his patient handler, Krystyna) assuring us that we are FREE of these beasts, the experience has exceeded our expectations. Once Pistol and Krystyna made the diagnosis that we had bed bugs, the infestation in our bedroom and another bedroom were far enough along that we needed the heat treatment (we have a 1927 home that while recently renovated/insulated, gives the bugs especially attractive places to hide). Darcy and Christian (the heat treatment guys) greeted us w/sincere patience and compassion for our angst! Again, we were consistently informed about what to expect and what we needed to be aware of pre and post treatment. Christian followed up the heat treatment w/a chemical treatment to make sure in wayward survivors bit the dust! Pricing is reasonable and fair. NW K9 just has a gift for this kind of work (thank goodness)... we just cannot recommend them highly enough!
