During our recent move to WA, our movers (for some inexplicable reason) unwrapped our furniture before sticking it in storage for a week. They then loosely rewrapped it in a different set of blankets before sticking our load in their semi and transporting it to WA. After our load got to Seattle, they moved our load to a smaller truck. Uncomfortable with the fact that our belongings had sat unwrapped in a warehouse for a week and then been exposed to two different vans, we had NWK9 inspect our load before we unboxed it. We were very pleased with every aspect of their service. We made arrangements with Susan. Susan was clearly very knowledgeable both about dogs and bed bugs. She arranged to have Krystyna come to our residence with her dog. Krystyna arrived precisely at our arranged time. Krystyna was meticulous in walking her canine through our residence. He sniffed all our boxes. Krystyna lifted our mattress so he could sniff under it and so he could sniff the frame. Like Susan, Krystyna was a wealth of information about bed bugs. She offered quite a few suggestions as to how we could minimize any future risk. We were overjoyed that they found no bugs on our belongings. Observing Krystyna and her companion in action, we felt quite reassured that everything had been well-inspected and that we were indeed lucky that we hadn't picked up any hitchhikers during our move.

We purchased a mid-century home that was vacant. It showed no signs of the dreaded sugar ants until we moved food into the house, then they were everywhere. I contacted NWK9 and they offered to come the next day. After some schedule wrangling we settled on the following Saturday. All the while, they were patient, flexible, and professional while we sorted everything out. I really could not have been more pleased with the scheduling process. That Saturday, they phoned about 40 minutes prior to the appointment to advise that they would be EARLY! Fantastic for me. The vehicle was clean and well stocked with the necessary supplies. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, considerate, and thorough. They evaluated the situation, both inside and out, explained the remediation process, and completed the treatment in short order. It has been a rare experience in which I have been as pleased as I was working with them. They have all my business going forward.

Northwest K9 has saved my sanity - twice. When critters get into the attic and start scratching on the ceiling directly above your bedroom, there's no sleep until it's resolved. Susan had someone out to my house quickly, who crawled across the insanely tight attic and patched up the hole they found. Considering the guy the HOA sent just stood on top of the ladder, looked in the attic and said, "I can't help you..." About a year later, those little guys came back! No fault to NWK9 that they returned, determined roof rats can do incredible amounts of damage. NWK9 came out again, gave an extra-strength patch to the hole, set the traps, disinfected the area - all with friendly service and a very reasonable price. p.s. - The guys also wore foot coverings to protect my floors and vacuumed up the stray pieces of attic insulation that fell out onto the carpet. It's this kind of attention to detail that you want.

Susan and her team did an excellent job ridding us of our bed bug fiasco! They communicate clearly, deliver on everything promised and are really terrific onsite. The price was surprisingly reasonable as the process is a huge amount of work for them. I was very impressed.

Susan went out of her way to accommodate our tight schedule and to make it possible for us to have a canine inspection. She spent time on multiple detailed emails with us until that materialized. Christina and Pistol came on time and Christina explained everything involved and allowed time for questions. As far as we can tell they did a very thorough job and we are very happy with the results: No bed bugs. We feel that they are reliable and valid, given the team involved.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Susan took the time to walk me through the process, answer our questions, and provide a ton of information related to bed bugs and how they spread. She gave me advice about what to do (and not do) between the scheduling and the inspection. The inspector was fantastic. She even went through with a second dog to ensure that the first didn't miss anything, as we have a large home. We were obviously tremendously relieved that there was no evidence of bed bugs. The inspector hung around a few extra minutes to give us some prevention tips. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. They are a trustworthy company that I will absolutely return to if there is a future need (responsively or proactively).
