Susan and her bedbug detection team (who thankfully found no evidence of bugs) are thorough, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They made sure we were very well informed, and did not hesitate to answer my zillion questions. After coming home from a hotel I developed worrisome bites, and now not only have peace of mind but a great resource should we have any other potential pest issues. I am so glad we found Northwest K9!

Perhaps the only bright spot in having bed bugs was getting to work with NWK9. Everyone I worked with at this company was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. They took the time to explain all my options and even referred me to other companies they felt would be a cheaper option for me due to my location. They truly wanted to help me get rid of the infestation instead of just trying to make a few extra bucks off me. Susan followed up with me multiple times after the heat treatment to check in and make sure everything was still going ok. The technicians that worked on my house were very thorough and made every possible effort to protect my belongings from getting damaged by the heat. I will always refer others to use NWK9 should they ever need bed bug services - in fact I already have, and they too had a great experience as well.

We had an extremely difficult situation with very independent, elderly parents who were suffering an ongoing large infestation of bedbugs (and in a large house full of stuff!) and did not quite 'get it' as to not only how to proceed to get rid of the bugs, but even that it was necessary! Owner Susan did the tightrope dance of not only working with my mother but also with my sister and me (with both of us living across the country) to explain, set up and carry out the overall treatment. Twice my parents last minute cancelled. Susan went totally out of her way with patience and new chances. Finally all went thru. My mother had great compliments for how nice the workers were. Susan has continued to beat the drum of the importance of follow-up and how she wants to make sure NWK9 gets every last bug, nymph or egg. I can't even imagine any other company working with this difficult situation and I'm literally amazed it all went thru. I can't say enough about Susan and her company - thorough, patient, everything written out in lists, lots of arrangements as needed, going thru unpleasantness without complaint, and certainly competent and 'know their stuff.' Bedbugs are like the plague and very tricky - it takes patience, commitment, the right equipment, the right treatment plans, and deep knowledge to get rid of them. NWK9 has all of that, but also Susan and her staff are just plain ol' great people.

First-off hats-off to the professionalism that Susan shows with her customers. She is very prompt in her email responses and does not hesitate to pick up her phone and call. Susan takes time in explaining about the bugs, their history and what it would take for us to get rid of them from our house. While this may not be for all, I appreciate the amount of time she puts into this and ensures that the customer is well informed before they make any decision. The actual treatment of their staff also deserves a mention. They are detail oriented and take proper care to ensure that they do their best to eliminate the bugs. Post treatment, they take feedback on their visit and address any concerns line-by-line. It is tough to find such courtesy these days! I would have no hesitation recommending their service to anyone who is in need.
