Northwest Urgent Care

This visit was a joke. First of all when I came in the doors I didn’t see a sign. The lady at the front desk said “can’t you read the sign” then sent me to my car and said they would call me. I have chronic sinus infections explained my symptoms told her I get them all the time. Main symptom was my teeth feeling like they were going to fall out. After asking if I was fully vaccinated for COVID which is non of the receptionists business. Anyways they told me I needed to rapid covid test and to drive around in the parking spot for testing. I did while on the phone with them. They never came out after 30 min and she said they will be right there. I left.. went to a different provider that based off my symptoms and checking me out new it wasn’t covid and gave me the proper medicine to treat my sinus infection.
