I seldom write reviews, but when a company's customer service is this bad, I feel compelled to warn others. Purchased 4 bottles total of 2 different supplements and only received half of the order. Tried calling, all I get is some dink saying "hello" followed by a beep. Left messages, but no return call. Tried emailing with pictures showing the packaging and only half the order, again no response. Waiting forever for their chat box on their website, still no response. They have an F rating from BBB, and no wonder with this type of service. It would seem they no longer need our patronage, so we will be ordering from the competition.

Together with starting a diet, joining Planet Fitness & taking this product, I have lost 9# in 3 weeks. I wanted this specific product because it has organic Ceylon Cinnamon, a product that I feel makes a difference.
