I was referred to Arnold’s Plumbing and he was fantastic ! He was very knowledgeable about the system and speaks very highly of the nuvoh2o water softener.

I bought this directly from you and it was an easy experience . The only disappointment was the sales rep got my first name wrong. It’s Phil; not Paul. I called immediately after seeing this and was assured it would be fixed, but yet this latest email asking for a rating still has my name wrong. Also, you need to offer a water test kit so I know the product is working and when it’s time to replace the filters.

Customer service has always been great. I think the cost for the filters is a little higher than I'd like, but customer service is always friendly and helpful.
