Excellent product I upgraded from residential To Manor, Works better ,did not like replacing the Taste filter every three months, but the Manor is better. I`m Happy with the NEW NuvoH2O.

The filters were inside the unit and my plumber didn't realize that the plastic was still on the filters and my garage was soaked as the directions to lube the gasket were on the filter plastic wrap which wasn't taken off until after the main water line was pressurized to the unit.

Our water is so hard we have had to move our auto ships to 4 months to keep up so it's raising our cost but I have had a system that used salt in the past that I hated. Other than the increased cost this system is much better. I also added the dishwasher packs to auto ship
