Our water is so hard we have had to move our auto ships to 4 months to keep up so it's raising our cost but I have had a system that used salt in the past that I hated. Other than the increased cost this system is much better. I also added the dishwasher packs to auto ship

We had to discontinue your softener and have just started the filter the 11 of this month and water still has chlorine taste

Was able to locate our replacement filters for our 2 canister on filtration and softener, that was showing unavailable. Spoke with a live representative and was able to find our previous orders and submit an auto refill for our home system. Thank you for a good customer service experience.
